All private, duo, and reformer sessions are 55 minutes. Please sign up at least one hour before class.
You should wear comfortable, yet not too loose of clothing. Leggings, tights, bike shorts, short sleeve tops, and tank tops are all great options.
You may wear Toe Sox (or any type of sock with a grip) or bare feet. You may purchase Toe Sox from Amazon.
I accept cash or check for all single sessions or packages.
You are allowed to cancel the day before your session by noon or will be charged the price of your session.
Two to three sessions per week is recommended but you will still see the benefits of pilates with once-a-week sessions.
