Frequently Asked Questions How long is my session? All private, duo, and reformer sessions are 50 minutes. Please sign up at least one hour before class. What should I wear? You should wear comfortable, yet not too loose of clothing. Leggings, tights, bike shorts, short sleeve tops, and tank tops are all great options. Do I wear shoes? You may wear Toe Sox (or any type of sock with a grip) or bare feet. You may purchase Toe Sox from Amazon. How do I pay? I accept cash or check for all single sessions or packages. What is your cancellations policy? You are allowed to cancel the day before your session by noon or will be charged the price of your session. How often should I do pilates in the studio? Two to three sessions per week is recommended but you will still see the benefits of pilates with once-a-week sessions.
